Chris Stamos
Chris Stamos has been in the accounting business as a CFO, a consultant, and a Senior CPA Partner at Stamos & Stamos for 25+ years.
In the spring of 1998 Chris opened his own practice and at the same time began teaching at Cerritos College in Norwalk California. Then, in 2012 the first of what would be six firm purchases took place. This gave Chris the insight on how to grow a practice quickly through acquisition. In 2013 the firm size nearly doubled. This brought different challenges with staffing, office sizes, software, human resources and client management just to name a few of the new hurdles that had to be approached and conquered.

Over the next decade along with the firm acquisitions, Stamos & Stamos also built a hearty marketing program that complimented the acquisition growth. Stamos & Stamos now has a multi-million dollar billing base and a staff in the double digits.
With this success Chris found great enjoyment in the process of purchasing firms. Other professionals heard of this success and begin to inquire. Chris would offer assistance to them with their own firms. This lead him to write his book, “How to build a multi-million dollar accounting firm by buying out your retiring competitors”, and now led to create the course and consulting program to support accountants and entrepreneurs wishing to get into a quickly growing market.
